02. Relocation of Highway I/14, Liberec - Kunraticka
The construction of the new road provided for a relocation of the Road I/14 into the newly developed zoning concept of Liberec
city. The route leads through mostly undeveloped parts of the city. Most dominant parts of the project are large bridges and road galleries.
The project further included relocation of tram line, relocation of Nisa river, noise barriers and quite complicated relocations
and modifications of existing utilities. Much better traffic conditions in the Liberec city centre and easy of travelling through the city
were achieved by finishing of this relocation.
