Surveying

Valbek^® and its land-surveying group provide the investors with the following land surveying work:

• Design of project-purposed large-scale maps
• Creation of map reference materials for project design in the following fields:
  • road constructions
  • buildings
  • railway constructions
  • underground services
• Establishing trig stations or triangulation networks
• Surveying of structures
• Inspection survey of structures and creation of surveying documentation of the real construction line and level
• Creation of survey plan map and property border location
• Surveying and creation of vertical profile or cross section
• Volume (cubic contents) survey and calculation
• Survey and graphic display of overground and underground service networks
• Land surveying work in planimetric and altimetric triangulation networks

Engineering

Since 1994, the company has also provided the investor with engineering services and following additional activities:

• Provision of zoning and planning decision
• Provision of building approval
• Provision of building control
• Final building approval and construction handover
• Provision of property ownership agenda in connection with the construction
• Provision of approval for the land to be excluded from agricultural and forestry register
• Negotiation of studies
• Provision of land surveying work

The services mentioned above are provided by Valbek^® to the investor both within the project documentation and as a separate service.

Investors are offered cooperation with building presentation, material preparatory activities, and public relations. The company provides municipal services such as representation at the local city council meeting including presentation of the development project.
