Securing your Personal Data

Right to Data Portability

Data update, right to rectification
As personal data may change over time (for example, a change of surname), we will be happy if you inform us that there has been a change so that we can keep your personal data up to date and avoid any possible mistakes. Providing information about a change in your data is strictly necessary for us to properly carry out our activities as a data administrator. ObjectionsIf you believe that we do not process your personal data following the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU, you have the right to object, and we will subsequently verify the validity of your request. Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe that the data recorded in this way is not accurate or that we are processing it in violation of the law, and if you believe that we no longer need the data for the purpose of processing it.
Right to Erasure
If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, and we are obliged to delete the data that we process solely based on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed in the context of an obligation to perform a contract, legal reasons or legitimate interests.
