At all stages of project planning, we can prepare pricing expertise and opinions according to valid pricing databases (Pricing Standards, Aggregate Price Lists of DÚR/DSP items, OTSKP, etc.).

In the context of claim management and contractor claims, we determine the entitled party and the amount of financial and time implications. We analyze the schedule and causes of delays, including determination of contractor responsibilities and other actions. We are also prepared for changes that are an integral part of any project by drawing up change sheets. We control compliance with the process procedures associated with individual schedules and construction phases.
