CONTROLLING AND COORDINATION

We offer our consultancy services in the field of transport infrastructure, ground engineering and water management structures, from project preparation to the actual building approval.

We have all the necessary qualifications and authorizations for checking the quality of work on construction sites. We continuously check the quality of the used materials, compliance with the tender documentation and contractual terms and conditions, deadlines for the construction works, correctness and completeness of pricing documents and invoices, etc. We arrange inspection days and visits. We supervise the rectification of defects. We make regular monthly reports comparing planned and actual construction costs, etc.

We also deal with corrective measures and possible shortcomings in the project documentation. We coordinate all activities concerning the construction conditions specified in the Contract for Work. We keep records and archive documentation and take photo and video documentation on an ongoing basis. We provide for the execution of the construction (building permit, early use, test operation). We also deal with the activities of the OSH coordinator during the building phase.
