In the field of technological projects, we design new technological units and complete production lines or individual machines and equipment. We have based our position on the development, modernisation and optimisation of technological plants and on the preparation and implementation of demanding technological constructions in industrial construction.

As part of our design and engineering services, we provide tailor-made solutions according to customer needs. We provide design services in energy and heating, production of building materials, cement industry, mining and mineral processing, chemical industry, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry. We use the latest software to design technological units. Furthermore, we work exclusively in 3D using the best licensed software from AVEVA and Autodesk.

We often begin our work by mapping existing conditions via 3D laser scanning using point clouds in a model environment of the projects being addressed. We handle projects from the study phase to the preparation of all necessary stages of project documentation. We provide designer’s supervision and builder’s technical supervision. We can provide sampling, laboratory analysis and semi-operational testing.

In terms of technological lines, machines and equipment, we pay most attention to receiving and conveying materials (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic), sorting, crushing and grinding, weighing, dosing, mixing and homogenization, and moistening, storage and dispatching. We are dedicated to new trends in the utilization of renewable resources. We offer our clients to create environmental catalogues according to their requirements. Our references include pipe component processing, cable trays, and steel profiles.

We create upgrades for the superior AVEVA Plant product range. We also provide training in the latest versions of AVEVA Plant PDMS/E3D in Basic and Detail levels. Our staff is ČKAIT certified; Certificate of Professional Competence of the Mining Authority to design in the mining sector.
